Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation – PCERF is an NGO, Established in the year 1983 by Eminent Civil Engineers, Architects, Consultants & Builders, to Serve Construction Industry by Solving day to day Problems & Creating Awareness About the Latest Technological Development in Construction Industry.
PCERF has been empanelled with Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI) as Assessor Agency for Construction Skill Programs / Activities.
PCERF is Working with Other Like-Minded Associations to Prepare a Draft Bill for `Association of Civil Engineers Act’, Which will be Submitted to Government of India Soon.
