Mission
To create, disseminate and integrate knowledge of Civil engineering, science and technology that expands our civil/environmental engineering knowledge base, which in turn enables the betterment of human society. To attract and welcome professionals of civil engineering fields into advanced study who possess both breadth and depth in their chosen focus areas and are heavily recruited by construction industry for their academic strength and their leadership skills.
