The Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) is a non profit organization established in 1983 by leading professionals from the construction and civil engineering industry to advance technical excellence, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the built environment sector. PCERF serves as a collaborative platform connecting industry, academia, researchers, consultants, architects, engineers, and policymakers to address practical construction challenges, promote emerging technologies, and encourage research and skill development.
