Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation

Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization established in 1983 by eminent Civil Engineers, Architects, Designers, Consultants, and Builders with a shared vision of advancing India's construction sector.

For over four decades, PCERF has been dedicated to enhancing quality, safety, technology, research, innovation, and professional knowledge in the construction industry. Through workshops, seminars, webinars, conferences, training programs, publications, competitions, and industry–academia initiatives, the Foundation empowers professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and the construction workforce with the latest developments and best practices.

A flagship initiative of PCERF is CONSTRO International Expo-India's premier international exhibition on construction machinery, materials, technologies, methods, and projects. Organized at the Pune International Exhibition and Convention Centre (PIECC), Moshi, Pune, CONSTRO provides a dynamic platform for technology showcase, knowledge exchange, business networking, and industry collaboration, reinforcing PCERF's commitment to the growth and modernization of the construction sector.

A Unique Non-Profit Organization Since 1983

Founded and incorporated on 24 August 1983, the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) was established by visionary engineers, architects, and construction professionals to promote research, innovation, technology, safety, and quality in the construction industry.

Over 40+ years, PCERF has evolved into a respected non-profit organization connecting industry professionals, academia, and students through technical programs, research initiatives, workshops, conferences, awards, and professional development activities.

Since 1985, CONSTRO International Expo has been a flagship initiative of PCERF, providing a platform for technology showcase, knowledge exchange, business networking, and industry collaboration.
